L\u2019\u00e9tiquette indique aux clients de mani\u00e8re fiable jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quand ils peuvent consommer le produit en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre avantage : il arrive r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que les clients d\u00e9couvrent et go\u00fbtent ainsi des aliments \u00e0 prix r\u00e9duit qu\u2019ils n\u2019auraient pas achet\u00e9s autrement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il vaut mieux vendre plus longtemps que jeter.
