Food Waste Collab Bern
Food Waste Collab Bern – POSTPONED UNTIL 2016
Whether you’ve got a great idea to fight food waste or your start-up’s already up and running, there’s one key question you need to consider: how can I develop a business model that can cover my costs and enable me to achieve impact in the longer term?
Building on the foundations laid at the Food Waste Collab in Paris in May, FSE Network (the Food Surplus Entrepreneurs Network) and the Swiss association foodwaste.ch invites you to join them for the next Food Waste Collab in Bern on 11 November 2015.
This Collab will provide concrete case studies and walk attendees through the key aspects of the Business Model Canvas to help entrepreneurs and budding food waste fighters alike explore how the project they’re passionate about can also put money in their pocket at the end of the month. It will also look at how attendees, as a network and community, can support each other to grow and develop their projects and encourage others to join the food surplus movement!
